The Lego Rover
There's no real project source for this but you may check out the Mars Rover project to get an ideas of how it fits together.
I basically adapted the Mars Rover project to work with the 31030 Lego Creator Kit.
The rover works with a regular television remote.
It also takes light readings and display them on an segmented LED display.
Now my kid can take the Rover apart and figure out how it all works.
